In 1990, Charles Flournoy was named Headmaster.
During his administration, the notion of merging with James River Day School was investigated. The two schools even considered purchasing the Villa Maria Academy, and bought options on the property, which was on the market at the time. This idea was soon abandoned.
Mr. Flournoy resigned in 1994, and the hunt for another headmistress, or master, was on once again. | ||
