The next task for the board was to come up with a name for the school. The first Board of Director's meeting was held April 2, 1959, and several names discussed.
Among these names were: Seven Hills School, Heritage, Boxwood, Riverview, Colonial, Hillcrest, and Anne Royal.
Some board members wanted to have the word “Hall” or “Academy” included in the name. At Board of Director's meeting April 13, 1959, a vote was held and the school was named “Seven Hills School” by a vote of 4 to 3. | ||
